Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services and products for your graduation. Our refund policy complements your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

No Longer Attending
If you are unable to attend your allocated graduation ceremony due to extenuating circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund of the Graduation Fee based on your correspondence within the following timeframes:

  • 1 week prior to the ceremony or less: No refund
  • 1 to 2 weeks prior to the ceremony: 50% refund
  • More than 2 weeks prior to the ceremony: 100% refund
    *Please note all evidence must be clear and verifiable to support your refund request.

Change of Mind Returns
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 28 days if:

  • In original, resaleable condition.
  • In original packaging and unused.
  • Not listed under exclusions (e.g., digital images, portrait prints).

Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Digital images
  • Portrait prints
  • Pre-booked sessions or event tickets

Other Returns
If your product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we will offer an exchange, repair, or refund, provided proof of purchase is shown. Misuse or neglect voids this policy.

Claims for Compensation
For compensation claims, contact Customer Service with supporting evidence.

Our goods and services are guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law, entitling you to a replacement or refund for major failures.
