Absolutely! We offer in-studio portrait sessions at our office for those who miss the ceremony or prefer a more private setting. Just contact us to arrange a time.
How long do you store graduation photos?
We store all images securely for at least 12 months, so you can order prints or digital copies even after the event.
Can I view my photos before purchasing?
Yes, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery where you can preview and select your favourite images before placing an order.
Is Graduation Photography affiliated with other companies?
No, we are an independent business under Maskluck Pty Ltd and are not affiliated with other providers.
What is regalia, and why is it required?
Regalia is the traditional academic dress worn at graduation, which includes a gown, cap, and hood or stole that corresponds to your qualification.
Can I buy my regalia instead of hiring?
Yes, regalia can be purchased if you wish to keep it. This is ideal for personal keepsakes or future academic ceremonies.
Can I hire regalia outside graduation dates?
Yes, regalia is available for hire year-round for private events, photography, or rebooking. Get in touch with us for availability.
How do I know what size gown to choose?
Our ordering system uses your height to recommend the correct gown size. Our team also checks fit on the day and can make adjustments if needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online payment gateways. For bulk orders, EFT is available.
Why did my payment fail?
This can happen due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or bank issues. Try again or contact your bank. You can also reach out to our support team for help.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Can I request an invoice or tax receipt?
Yes, tax invoices are automatically sent after payment. If you need one reissued, just contact us.
When is your office open?
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST). During graduation periods, extended hours may apply.
Do you offer on-site support at the graduation venue?
Yes, our team is present at the venue to assist with regalia, photography, ticketing, and any last-minute needs.
